Day 19
Wellness is about balance and finding what works best for your lifestyle. My goal is to create a space that inspires you to make better choices, as I make better choices for myself. I like to start my days with this homemade blueberry, spinach, almond butter smoothie and then go right into a workout. What I eat fuels my energy for the day and normally the healthier I eat, the more productive and happy I am throughout the day.
