I am making progress! I love feeling and seeing the progress...day by day, step by step. I think the cardio sculpt class I took yesterday is a little easier than last time. I’m eating pretty well…last night’s sorbet not included nor the couple of bites of wheat pasta I had at lunch. I like the commitment I made to myself and love that I am more than halfway there! I will keep going beyond the 28 days. I love the motivation!
