Challenge Day 5
Another walk/run day! Today I feel a bit more up to the challenge…I’m still walking and running to work up my stamina. Two miles is my goal…because I had that hamstring issue, I’m taking it slow…funny though…I had a little nagging pain in my hamstring, but working through it seems to have made it better…If it actually really feels painful I won’t do it…but the truth is, I feel like the walk/run followed by the stretch actually made it feel better….listening to my body, pushing a little bit, but not too much!
Challenge: Can you do the same thing you did yesterday, again today? Consistency is key. If you’re feeling good, add five more minutes to your walk or workout.
