Challenge Day 4
Today was a yoga day! I was a bit intimidated at first, but I am taking it slow and doing what I can…learning the poses. Even though yoga is technically a rest day, I still feel like I got a work out in…love the stretching and I still sweat…the point is I got it done!!!
Challenge: How can you actively move your body for 20 minutes today? A brisk walk around your neighborhood, a timed workout on the treadmill, elliptical or bike, a dance or yoga class or combining at home video workouts…whatever you do, commit to moving for 20 minutes.
