Challenge Day 3

Got a good night’s sleep and while I wasn’t looking forward to it, I did get a cardio sculpt class in…woohoo! It’s amazing how when I start to exercise I tend to want to eat better. It’s cold out so salads are not really what I want, but soup is perfect….and good lean fish for dinner…getting it in and so far so good.

Challenge: What’s in your lunch? Looking good is feeling good and part of feeling good is making specific decisions about what you eat. Try eating a salad for lunch or a side of a leafy green today. Sign up for my weekly recipes
