Challenge Day 2
Got it in yesterday! I’m surprised I’m not as sore as I thought I would be. I’ve decided that this time I need to work a little differently than I have in the past. And so I am going to work yoga into my routine…I will do some sort of physical exercise every day…My rest days will be yoga days…But today I will get in an elliptical cardio workout…again I know I’m just starting so a half-hour will be good followed by a lower-body workout…meaning I’ll do three sets each of kettlebell swings, squats, lunges, leg lifts and hydrants…I’m also going to make sure I stretch…don’t want to get injured…I really want to endure. Today I really don’t feel like doing it, but I know once it’s over I will be happy I did it.
