Challenge Day 1
Day One is always the hardest and most exciting… .I don’t necessarily feel like doing it, but I know I need to do something to get into the groove. So today, I begin. I will take it day by day, step by step. It’s only 28 days, not even a full month, unless its February. And because it is tough, I will start with a run…and an upper body work out. I know I have to work up to where I’ve been in the past, so I’ll walk a minute, run a minute until I get better. I am committed to myself, to my health and well-being. I know that a better me is better not just for me, but for my family.
Challenge: Do a 15 minute workout focusing on a different part of your body than you normally focus on. Search online for at home no equipment workout videos for inspiration.
