Challenge Day 9
Today is a busy day and I didn’t feel like going to the gym, but I got up and went first thing and got my half hour of elliptical in and lower body. I usually do abs here too, but cut them short to get it in…maybe I’ll do them later.
Challenge: Have you been thinking about firming up your waistline, tightening your thighs, lifting your butt or strengthening your arms? Well, when I don’t feel like working out, I normally decide to try something new to keep myself engaged. Decide on a specific body part that you’d like to focus on and work on that: three to five sets of 8 to 12 reps. You can do it!
