Challenge Day 10

Didn’t get the abs in yesterday, but at least I got something done…This morning was an early cardio sculpt classes. It’s been a long time since I have taken classes, but I find that I like them. They are like having a trainer without the trainer and working out with other people forces me to not embarrass myself. This class is a little easier than the Saturday class, but a real challenge nonetheless. Tomorrow is another busy day, but I’ll take a 7:15am yoga class and keep on pushing.

Challenge: It’s hump day, get that body moving. 25 minutes of cardio, ready, set, go!
