Good Morning! How are you feeling? Today will be another combination walk and run day. I’m still walking and running to build up my stamina; two miles is my goal. I did have a minor hamstring injury at the end of last year, so I’m taking it slow. Funny though, I had a little nagging pain in my hamstring the other day, but working through it, seems to have made it better. And the truth is, I feel like the walk/run combination followed by a good stretch. I’m listening to my body: pushing a little bit, but not too much!
Challenge: Can you do the same workout that you did on Challenge Day 1? Consistency is key. If you’re feeling good, add ten more minutes to your workout, and don’t forget a 15 minute stretch. This will help your muscle recovery after a workout and will prevent any injuries.
