Day Three –
Got a good night’s sleep and while I wasn’t looking forward to it, I did get a cardio sculpt class in…woohoo! It’s amazing how when I start to exercise I tend to want to eat better. It’s cold out so salads are not really what I want, but soup is perfect …and good lean fish for dinner…getting it in and so far so good.
