I know first hand that balancing self-care with the demands of everyday living is complicated. Like one of my best friends says: this (working out) is like a job. I go because I must, not because it’s fun. And note to self, there has never been one day when after the work out I said, I wish I had not done it. Every day, no matter how hard it was to get there, after the workout I feel so very very good…inside and out! Just three more days!
Challenge: You are almost at the finish line. What do you have to tell yourself to keep going and to push yourself a bit further? Tell your mind what to do, and then your body will follow. Have a great workout today.
