It’s important to listen to your body and trust what it tells you : when it’s time to push a little harder or slow down or take time to stretch or roll with a foam roller. My body is feeling a bit sore this morning. I want to listen to the signals my body is sending me and do slower movement today; today feels like a Yoga day!
Challenge: Honor your body and listen to whatever she tells you to do. In addition to whatever movement you do today, unwind or get your day started with writing in your journal.
