What I’ve discovered on this challenge and what folks have told me in the past, but I didn’t listen to, is that doing something different everyday not only makes working out interesting, but is also good for your body. My body likes a different challenge every day. So I tried an online Pilates class and it kicked my butt- I sweat like no one’s business. I’m finding new ways to trick my body and work different muscles; I hope you are too!
