I have not gotten on the scale one day in this entire process and I have no desire to, but I do look at my body and see that things have changed. I’ve noticed that when I get into an exercise regime, the way I eat goes hand in hand. It’s as if my brain knows that in order to keep up with the workout, I have to eat accordingly. I’m also drinking a lot more water. I sweat so much most days that I know I have to hydrate. I love how one good habit can turn into several others.
Challenge: How much water do you drink on a daily basis? I challenge you to drink at least one more glass of water than you normally do.
