Hi there! I got it in yesterday! What about you? I’m surprised I’m not as sore as I thought I would be. I’ve decided that this time I need to work a little differently than I have in the past. And so I am going to add Yoga into my routine as well as do some sort of physical exercise every day. My rest days will be yoga days.

Today I will get in an elliptical cardio workout… I’m just starting so 30 mins will be sufficient followed by a lower body work out…meaning I’ll do three sets each of kettlebell swings, squats, lunges, leg lifts and hydrants. I’m also going to make sure I stretch so I don’t get any injuries…I really want to endure. Today I really don’t feel like doing it, but I know once it’s over I will be happy I did it.

Challenge: Once you’ve taken your Movita vitamin, do a 15 minute stretch or meditation/mindfulness exercise focusing on your breathing. Then proceed to do at least thirty minutes of a cardio workout: jog in your neighborhood, use a machine at your gym, take a dance class or do a free at home HIIT workout.

Tip: Tell yourself : I got this. I am able. My health is my wealth and I deserve to give myself this gift of wellness.
