Mantra: I won’t skip workouts no matter how stressful life feels. Working out is my time and I will make it a priority. I have also found it helpful to journal each morning or at the end of the day. This helps me get everything out of my head and onto paper; I can better process my feelings and organize all that I have to manage.
Challenge: In addition to your workout today, begin or end your day with writing in your journal. Is journaling a part of your regular wellness practice?
