I’ve been reading all these articles in the NY Times this past year on how exercise does a brain good…in fact it seems every day there is another article about how good exercise is for you in all sorts of ways. Getting physically fit for me is no longer about weight; it’s about living. I know there is no excuse not to do something every day for at least 30 to 45 minutes. And the key is planning…every day I know I’m going to workout, so I have to plan.
Challenge: I’m not a doctor, but I call endorphins “feel good hormones” and they are released when you work out. So either way you look at it, exercise is good for you – it makes you look and feel great! Let’s go. A 30 minute workout today however feels best for you: 15 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of strength training or 25 minutes straight of cardio + a five minute stretch!
