What took me so long to discover yoga? I love it! It is not always easy, but I feel so good afterwards. I also realize I love a routine and I don’t want anyone or anything to get in my way. We are officially halfway through the goal of 28 days non-stop…I can’t believe how fast it has gone by. And, it’s interesting how exercise and diet go together. Without really focusing on it, I find that I am eating to help support my working out and I’m also resting to support my working out. I’m proud of myself for my commitment. Maybe this challenge will help me stay committed to myself in other ways as well.
Challenge: Today you are half way through the challenge. I applaud your commitment to yourself. A better you, is a better community for all of us. Today take 30 minutes and do whatever you’d like. No amount of exercise is too little; moving your body with intention is what counts!
