Today, it feels tough to be motivated to work out with all that is going on. But I know that in addition to flooding my body with water, vitamins and healthy nutrients that I need to move my body because I will feel better afterwards. Even though I’m relatively new to the practice, I’m going to do an at home Yoga video for 30 minutes. This will help calm my mind, center my thoughts and remind me to focus on my breath while getting a good workout in through the Vinyasa flow.
