Day One is here! Thank you for joining me on this 28 day challenge to becoming more active, and to commit daily, to a healthier lifestyle.
First days often feel like the hardest and I don’t necessarily feel like doing it, but I will take it day by day, step by step. My plan today, is to work up to where I’ve been in the past, when I was feeling at my best. I’ll walk a minute, run a minute, walk a minute, run a minute and repeat until I get stronger. I am committed to myself, to my health and my well-being. I know that a better me is better not just for me, but for my family too. And don't forget to start your day with a glass of water and a Movita vitamin - in addition to the Multivitamin I'm also taking Beauty vitamin for the Spring 🙂
Challenge: What's your fitness level? Start where you are and push yourself to daily increase your personal best. For the first day of this challenge, add a 15 minute workout focusing on a different part of your body than you normally work on. For me, it's my arms. In addition to my thirty mins of cardio alternating between walking and running, I will grab a pair of ten pounds weights and do a series of arm focused exercises: 12 reps, 3 sets each.
